Solar water heater systems
 
 
 
A water tank connecting with multipal solar collectors makes a solar water heater system. It collects the hot water into the water tank in day time, and supplies the hot water in night time.
 
Feature:

1) Collectors are separated with the storage water tank. The tank can be installed in a convenient place of the house;
 
2) The collectors can be installed on the roof;
 
3) Module design;
 
4) Anti-freeze: no water inside the tubes during operation;
 
5) The system controller has the anti-freezing function. The temperature circulation will operate while it reaches a fixed temperature;
 
 6) Intelligent control: the system is equipped with acomputer automatic procedure;
  
 7) Wide application: the solar water heater systems can not only meet the
requirements of hot water in all fields but also can be used for warming, industrial heating and supplement of electric heating system.
  
Working principle:

1) When the temperature of the heat collector reaches the set value, the controller will make the circulation pump work automatically.

2) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.

3) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by the heat exchanger in the tank.

4) In case the temperature of the circulation pump does not reach the set value, the circulation pump will be shut automatically.

5) In case the temperature of the tank does not reach Tm ax, then the auxiliary heating device will be started.
 
Components:
* Solar collectors;
* Pressured water tank: from 100 liters to 500 liters with one or two heat exchanging coils with P/T valve;
* Controller;
* Circulating pump: Wilo Rs15/6 or other models;
* Expansion tank.
 
 
 
 
Heat pump and Solar water heater systems
 
Connecting the heat pump ,solar collector and water tank together, it is a supper energy saving system.
 
Working principle:
1) The heat collector can heat the cold water and stock in the water tank A. At this moment the water temperature is around 30~40 ¡æ, it can supply the hot water for shower or washing.

2) This water tank A can supply the hot water to the heat pump system .

3) The heat pump system heat the water again in the water tank B till the temperature increase to 50~60¡æ.
 
4) Water tank B supply the hot water to fan coil or radiator.
 
5) Heating the water from 4¡æto 30¡æ by solar at the first step, 50% energy will be saved.
 
6) Dc inverter is available for the heat pump system, and 20% energy will be saved.
 
7) Totally this system can have around 60% energy saving.
